Healthy Chocolate Banana Oat Pancakes
Ingredients

- 250g Instant Quaker Oats
- 1 Banana
- 1 Egg  
- 1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 Teaspoon Honey
- 1/2 cup of Cranberries (Optional)
- 1/2 cup of Apricots (Optional)
- 1/2 cup of Granola (Optional)
- 1/2 bar of Chocolate Shavings (Optional)

Procedure

1. Combine Banana, Eggs, Oats, Cocoa Powder and Vanilla Extract in a blender.

2. Blend till mixture is smooth. Allow batter to sit for 10 minutes to thicken.  

3. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and pour batter into coin sizes onto pan.  

4. Fry batter until pancakes is cooked (normally takes about 4 minutes).

5. Serve pancakes with Cranberries, Apricots, Granola and a drizzle of Honey.
